SONG AND SYNERGY

Luci’s violin is a garage sale find. It looked like a bit of kindling waiting for the fire lying on the concrete driveway. Mind if I take this home? I’d like to put strings on it. I think there might be a sweet violin inside this little waif. After parting with thirty-five dollars (marked down from seventy), she took it to a luthier (a violin maker). A week later she heard, You can pick up your violin. I’ve glued it back together, fixed the pegs and corrected a few other issues. You should get it appraised. It has an amazing sound. Turned out Luci’s violin once belonged to the grandfather of our garage sale neighbors, he used to play it in the Atlanta Symphony. A hundred year old, handcrafted German violin in need of a home. If you’re familiar with “The Touch of the Master’s Hand” (and you should be) you know exactly how this turned out. Luci and her violin are a match made in heaven. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRnHySyTh0E

If life isn’t musical we’re doing something wrong. Music is the love language of the heart, it heals, laughs, dances, and worships. Luci crafts concerts, programs and experiences designed to bring the generations together (she also plays for special events).
